Does The Party Location Matter?
We go where the party is. We have performed and decorate at locations like HDB flats/multi-purposes hall, condo/hotel function room, landed house and even restaurants. Certain location will incur location surcharge (eg NSRCC, Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas etc.). Locations that require entrance fee will be bore by customers (eg Zoo, Birdpark, USS etc).
Is Maddie's Show Suitable For My Child?
We customized our act/games to suit the age group, therefore age is not a problem at all. However, age 3 and below requires parents to accompany them.
What Do I Need To Prepare?
Nothing at all, We are self-sufficient, providing everything that is in our package(s). Afterall, you are hiring us to ease you the extra work and not need to lift a finger at all.
What Time Should I Start The Entertainment?
You may have us to come 30-60mins AFTER the your invitation time. This buffer for the late comers. Decoration team/delivery comes 1-2hrs prior to your party invite time. Rest assure as we will plan with you on your party timing during the planning stage.
What If My Guest Are Late Or Reaches Only After The Booking's Duration?
We provide 10-15mins buffer for each party’s booking duration. You may do an on-the-spot extension for a fee, subjected to our artists’ availbility. If we do need to leave for the next party, we seek your understanding. However, we will work with you closely to prevent such an incident.
Can We Have Maddie Or His Team To Stay Longer?
You may extend our entertainers duration on-the-spot if you desire. Extension fee applies. However, it depends on the artists’ availability as we may have other parties to head to. Hence we do seek your understanding if we need to leave on time.
How Do I Secured My Booking With Maddie?
E-Booking From will be sent when you have decided your package(s). Payment advice will be sent to you after we received your details. We will send you a confirmation once we received your payment.
